Getting started
No. You don't need to believe in anything specific or follow a particular practice. Our pieces work as reminders — wear one with an intention in mind, and it becomes a physical prompt to check in with that intention throughout your day. The practice is what creates the shift, not the stone itself.
Start with the feeling you want more of — protection, calm, clarity, abundance, or love. From there, think about how you'll carry it: on your wrist, around your neck, or somewhere you'll see it daily. Take the intention quiz if you'd like us to narrow it down for you.
Jewelry is for wearing — it stays with you and works as a constant, quiet reminder. Crystals are for keeping: on a desk, bedside table, or anywhere you'll see them regularly. Both serve the same purpose; it's just about how you want to interact with it.
We won't give you a timeline, because there isn't an honest one. Some people find that choosing a stone with intention makes them more aware of that intention — that's where the work happens. Others wear it because they like it, which is reason enough.
We're a small brand that sources natural crystals from named mines and turns them into jewelry and pieces you can actually use. Every stone ships with a card naming its source and intention, so you know exactly what you're holding. We cleanse and charge each piece before it leaves, and we match it to how you want to feel — not just to what looks good.
They work as tools for focus. When you choose a piece for a specific intention and keep it with you, it becomes a physical anchor for that intention. The act of noticing it reminds you to check in with yourself — that's the mechanism. We're not claiming the stone itself has power; we're saying the practice around it does.
Pick one thing you want more of — calm, protection, clarity — and start there. Don't try to memorize charts or meanings. Just choose a piece that fits that feeling, wear it or keep it somewhere visible, and notice what shifts when you check in with it. The quiz makes this faster if you're unsure.
Hold the piece, think about what you want more of, and say it out loud once. That's it. No ritual required. The intention is for you, not the stone — it's just there to remind you of it later.
Crystals
Every piece ships cleansed and charged, so there's nothing to do on day one. After that, once a month is enough: rinse it under cool water if the stone allows it (see the product page), or wipe it with a dry cloth if it doesn't. Set it in indirect sunlight or daylight for a few hours. Skip the salt and elaborate rituals — they aren't necessary and salt can damage softer stones.
It depends on the stone. Quartz, obsidian, and amethyst are fine with water. Softer stones like selenite, malachite, and pyrite should stay dry — water dulls the surface or breaks down the layers. We note this on every product page. When in doubt, use a damp cloth.
Prolonged direct sunlight will fade amethyst, rose quartz, and citrine over time. A few hours of indirect light is fine for cleansing. If you're keeping a stone on a windowsill, move it to a shelf out of the direct beam.
Not in any way we can measure. Some traditions assign meaning to shapes — points for focus, spheres for balance — but that's interpretive, not fixed. Pick the shape you're drawn to or the one that fits where you'll keep it.
Because every natural stone is different. Banding, inclusions, and color depth vary from piece to piece — that's how you know it's real. We photograph each listing as it typically arrives and note the size range. If what you receive is significantly off, let us know and we'll make it right.
Yes. Every stone is natural, sourced from named mines. No synthetic material, no glass. We list the source and mine location on the sourcing page and include it on the card that ships with each piece.
We don't claim crystals hold measurable energy in a scientific sense. What they do hold is your attention and intention. If a piece stops feeling meaningful to you, that's a sign it's time to cleanse it, reset your intention, or choose a different one.
Crystal meanings come from a long tradition of human interpretation, not fixed science. Different sources disagree. We've written ours up in the crystal meanings guide with notes on where each comes from, so you can decide what resonates rather than take our word as law.
Yes. We source from fourteen named mines and list the country, mine name, and supplier on the sourcing page. No unnamed middlemen, no "sourced globally." Full traceability matters to us.
Absolutely. Enter their address at checkout and add a note — we'll write it by hand on the intention card and leave prices out of the package.
Jewelry
Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist or neck, mark where it meets, and measure against a ruler. For bracelets, add half an inch so it hangs comfortably. Chains are listed by length with the drop point noted. If you're between sizes on a bracelet, go up.
Showering is fine. Chlorinated pools and salt water aren't — chlorine dulls gold-filled settings and salt water is hard on cords. If your piece gets soaked, rinse it in fresh water and dry it properly.
Elastic cord can stretch slightly over time with daily wear. Contact us and we'll re-string it for free within the first year. After that, we'll quote you for the repair.
Yes. Most people layer multiple pieces. Just watch for hardness — a quartz point will scratch a softer stone sitting against it. Stack pieces of similar hardness together, or leave a little space between them.
Yes. We use 14k gold-filled and sterling silver, both nickel-free. Gold-filled is a bonded layer of real gold, not plating, so it lasts far longer. The metal type is listed on every product page.
Warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft cloth. No ultrasonic cleaners or jewelry dips — both are too harsh for porous stones and bonded metals. Dry it fully before storing.
Orders & care
Store pieces separately — ideally in the pouch they arrived in. Stones left loose in a bowl will chip each other over time. Keep them out of prolonged direct sunlight if they're light-sensitive (amethyst, rose quartz, citrine). Full details are in the care guide.
Yes. Many people wear or keep multiple pieces for different intentions. Just be mindful of stone hardness when layering jewelry — harder stones can scratch softer ones if they're in constant contact.

Our pieces are designed in-house and handmade by small workshops we work with directly. Stones are sourced from named mines — see the sourcing page for specifics.
Orders & payments
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll catch it if it hasn't shipped yet. Once it's with the carrier, the fastest route is to let it arrive and return it under the 30-day return policy.
All major credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Payments are processed securely — your card details never reach our servers.
You can shop in USD, EUR, GBP, or AUD. Switch currencies using the globe icon in the navigation. Checkout processes in the currency you selected, so there's no surprise conversion on your bank statement.
Orders to the EU and UK ship with duties and VAT already included, so the price you see at checkout is what you pay. For other countries, import charges may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
Shipping & delivery
Free on orders over $75. Below that, it's a flat rate. Your cart shows how much more you need to reach free shipping as you add pieces.
One to two business days. Every piece is checked and re-cleansed before packing, so it's not same-day. You'll get a tracking link the moment the label is scanned.
Two to four business days within the US, five to ten for the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia. We don't offer overnight — natural stones are checked properly instead of rushed out.
Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays or severe weather. If your tracking hasn't updated in five business days, send us your order number and we'll investigate from our side.
A label can be generated hours before the package is physically picked up. Tracking updates once the carrier scans it. If it stays on "label created" for more than two business days, let us know.
This usually means the carrier couldn't deliver it (wrong address, customs issue, or failed delivery attempts). Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out — either reshipping or issuing a refund once it's back.
Yes. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll look into it.
Returns & exchanges
Thirty days from delivery, worn or unworn. We'd rather you return a piece that isn't right for you than keep it. See full details on the shipping & returns page.
Email us your order number and we'll send a return label and instructions. Pack it securely — stones don't need much padding, but they shouldn't be loose.
No. We refund the product price in full, but the original shipping cost is not included.
No restocking fee.
Yes. Jewelry is covered for one year against manufacturing defects (cord stretching, clasp issues, loose settings). Normal wear and tear isn't covered, but we'll re-string or repair pieces at no charge within the first year.
Send us a photo within seven days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. Keep the packaging if you can — it helps us understand what happened in transit.
Within three business days of the return reaching us, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to process it on their end.
Gifting

Not yet, but we're working on it. For now, the best option is to order directly to the recipient and include a gift note at checkout.
