Our commitment
Aurelia is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that all users should be able to browse, learn about, and purchase our products regardless of ability or technology.
We're working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. This is an ongoing effort — we're continuously improving the site and welcome feedback on where we can do better.
Accessibility features
We've built the site with the following accessibility features:
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements can be accessed and operated using a keyboard
- Skip links: Skip-to-content links allow keyboard and screen reader users to bypass repetitive navigation
- Screen reader support: Semantic HTML and ARIA labels help screen readers interpret page structure and interactive elements
- Focus indicators: Visible focus outlines show which element is currently selected when navigating by keyboard
- Color contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG contrast requirements for readability
- Resizable text: Text can be resized up to 200% without breaking the layout
- Alt text: All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text for screen readers
- Form labels: All form fields have clear, programmatically associated labels
Known limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may still present challenges:
- Product images of natural stones vary in appearance and may not convey texture or color depth to all users
- Some third-party embedded content (payment forms, analytics) may have accessibility limitations outside our control
- Older PDF documents linked from the site may not be fully accessible — we're working to update these
We're actively addressing these limitations and working toward full compliance.
Assistive technologies
This site has been tested with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- NVDA and JAWS screen readers on Windows with Chrome and Firefox
- VoiceOver screen reader on macOS with Safari
- VoiceOver screen reader on iOS with Safari
- TalkBack screen reader on Android with Chrome
- Keyboard-only navigation on Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Browser zoom up to 200%
If you're using a different assistive technology and encounter issues, please let us know.
Third-party content
Some content on this site comes from third-party services (payment processing, analytics, embedded media). We choose providers committed to accessibility, but we don't have full control over their interfaces. If you encounter accessibility issues with third-party content, contact us and we'll work with the provider to resolve it.
Feedback and assistance
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier, have trouble accessing any content, or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know.
Contact us:

We aim to respond within two business days and will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an alternative way to access the content.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time fix. We conduct regular audits, test with real users, and update the site as standards evolve. Our development process includes accessibility checks at every stage.
Recent improvements include:
- Enhanced keyboard navigation throughout the site
- Improved screen reader announcements for interactive components
- Increased color contrast on interactive elements
- Better focus management in modal dialogs and menus
Standards and guidelines
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
WCAG defines requirements across four principles:
- Perceivable: Information and interface components must be presentable in ways users can perceive
- Operable: Interface components and navigation must be operable by all users
- Understandable: Information and interface operation must be understandable
- Robust: Content must be robust enough to work with current and future technologies
Mobile accessibility
Our site is designed to be fully responsive and accessible on mobile devices. Touch targets are sized appropriately, content reflows to fit smaller screens, and all functionality is available on touch devices.
Legal compliance
We are committed to complying with applicable accessibility laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
