Agreement to terms

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or purchasing products from Aurelia, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, don't use the site or purchase our products.

Use of the site

Product information

We do our best to display products accurately, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However:

• Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen
• Natural stones differ in appearance — banding, inclusions, and color depth vary from piece to piece
• We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions
• Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed

If a product is significantly different from what was described, our return policy applies.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment is processed at checkout through our secure payment provider. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By providing payment information, you confirm that you're authorized to use that payment method.

All prices are listed in the currency you select and include applicable taxes where required. For international orders, additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are your responsibility.

Shipping

We aim to ship orders within one to two business days. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll work with you to resolve any issues.

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery. If a package is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact the carrier first — we'll assist if the carrier can't resolve it.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within thirty days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. We refund the product price; original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within three business days of receiving the return. It may take additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions — is owned by Aurelia or our content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. This includes loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, or $100, whichever is less.

Warranty disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that products will meet your expectations or that they're free from defects (though we'll replace or refund defective items under our return policy).

For jewelry, we offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects (cord stretching, clasp issues, loose settings). Normal wear and tear is not covered.

User accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Privacy
