Getting started.
Where do I start?
This is the part that makes everything else work. Instead of browsing by stone name and hoping, you say what you want more of — a boundary that holds, a softer landing at the end of the day, momentum on something you keep circling. One sentence is enough.
What if I don't know what I want yet?
That's normal, and it's the reason the quiz exists. If you'd rather be asked a few questions than write it yourself, the intention quiz takes about a minute and hands you a starting point.
Finding your piece.
How does the matching actually work?
Every piece is filed under one of five intentions — Protection, Abundance, Calm, Love or Clarity. We match on two things: the intention you chose, and how you want to carry it.
Before it ships.
Is every piece checked and cleansed first?
Yes. Natural stone arrives covered in whatever it was dug out of. We rinse each piece, leave it overnight in daylight, and inspect it for chips or cracks. Only then does it get packed in a cloth pouch inside a recycled box.
How long until it leaves?
Orders leave within one to two business days, and you get a tracking link the moment the label is scanned. Free over $75.
When it arrives.
What comes in the parcel?
Every order ships with a card naming the stone's source and the intention it was filed under. That's the difference between taking our word for it and being able to check.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes — put the recipient's address in at checkout and write a note. We'll write it on the card by hand and leave prices out of the parcel.
After it arrives.
Is there anything I have to do on day one?
No. Wear it, or put it down somewhere you'll catch sight of it — that's the whole instruction. Nothing to activate, nothing to schedule.
What if it isn't right?
You have thirty days to send it back. And if a cord stretches or a clasp stops closing, we re-string and repair our own pieces at no charge within the first year.
